After gaining his formal Quantity Surveying qualifications and a stint managing Quantity Surveying offices overseas, he returned to New Zealand to take up a senior Quantity Surveying roll within the Gartshore Group.
He was offered a Directorship of the company in 1985. Bill manages the financial administration of the companies whilst maintaining an involvement in the estimating and contract negotiations.
Having completed his Carpentry Apprenticeship in the early seventies he quickly established himself as a Project Manager and a part of the senior team, and more recently a Licensed Building Practioner.
Jim was offered a Directorship in 1985. Jim’s role today centres around company growth and new opportunities whilst remaining active in the overall Management of the Companies.
Steve is based in Auckland and is responsible for the growth and management of the Gartshore Group’s Auckland operations.
Steve has an enviable track record on delivering projects on time and on budget for both the construction and interiors areas of the business.
He looks after our commercial sales and marketing areas and will be particular focused on opportunities for retail and commercial interior projects.
