Pavilion Bar & Kitchens envisioned by acclaimed chef Sean Connolly is the newest culinary landmark in Queenstown. For Gartshore, Pavilion Bar & Kitchens was more than a build — it was a showcase of our finest craftsmanship. The result is a space that both stirs conversation and leaves guests speechless, thoughtfully designed to foster connection, comfort, and visual impact.
