Bill Gartshore

Bill Gartshore

Director
Upon completing his Quantity Surveying qualifications and a stint overseas managing a QS Practice, Bill returned to New Zealand and was eventually offered a Directorship in the Gartshore Group of Companies. For 35yrs Bill has managed the costing and financial functions of the businesses, and provides a governance role in today’s structure. Outside of his business interests, he spends (too much) time with his grandchildren, thoroughbred horse breeding, and developing commercial property. Bill has been involved in numerous industry related organisations, is a Justice of the Peace, and is on the Board of Directors for the Bay of Plenty Rugby Union.
Rob Gartshore

Rob Gartshore

Managing Director
Rob is the Managing Director of Gartshore Group. From sweeping the factory floor after school and weekends, Rob has progressed up through the ranks to Managing Director. After graduating as a Quantity Surveyor and obtaining a Master’s Degree Rob spent time working in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, before returning home and taking up a General Managers role with the Company serving his time prior to buying out his Uncle (Jim Gartshore) in late 2017. Outside of work Rob enjoys spending time with his young family and working on classic cars.
Cullum Vibert

Cullum Vibert

Chief Financial Officer
Cullum joined Gartshore Group in early 2018 as the Chief Financial Officer. After qualifying from Victoria University in Wellington, Cullum started his accounting career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Auckland. He spent twelve years working for a large engineering consultancy firm in Auckland where he progressed to General Manager of Finance. Prior to becoming an accountant, Cullum was a qualified mechanic working for Ford in Lower Hutt. In his spare time Cullum still finds time to work on cars but more importantly enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
Adrian Donlon

Adrian Donlon

Operations Manager
Adrian has over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles in the construction, manufacturing and the service industry, both in New Zealand and overseas. Adrian’s success is based on technical knowledge, attention to detail and an uncompromising concern for the achievement of the highest quality standards; exceeding our client’s expectations throughout the process. Client solutions is embedded in Adrian’s focus, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality. Outside of work Adrian is known to enjoy the odd game of golf.
Richard Grey

Richard Grey

Factory Manager
Richard has had over 25 years’ experience in the joinery and fitout industry with over 17 of them at Gartshore’s. Richard served his time as a joinery apprentice in Christchurch before relocating to Tauranga and progressing his career to the position of Factory Manager. Richard demonstrates a high level of quality and initiative in understanding the advancement of new products and technology whilst still holding an appreciation for solid timber and veneers. When he is not working Richard loves spending time with his family, playing golf and fishing.
Ben Wall

Ben Wall

Factory 2-IC / Project Manager
Ben has over 15 years’ experience in the joinery and fitout industry. Ben served his time as a joinery apprentice with Gartshore, progressing through the company to become a leading CAD detailer. Ben’s hard work and dedication to the Company has seen his career advance in recent times to Factory Supervisor working alongside Richard, he takes a leading role in the management of our larger hotel joinery projects. Ben demonstrates a high level of understanding in both solid timber joinery and cabinetry with a keen eye for complex details. When he is not working Ben loves spending time with his family and friends out on the water.
Megan Brown

Megan Brown

Project Co-ordinator
Megan has over 15 years’ experience in operations, project coordination, and the accounting and administration fields across a number of industries including infrastructure, transport & logistics and construction. Her efficiency and organisational skills see Megan as an integral part of the Gartshore team co-ordinating projects from start to finish, specialising in the post contract close-out process. Megan works alongside our Operations Manager and various Project Managers and assists in the QS and Estimating department. Outside of work Megan enjoys the outdoors, rugby, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
Helen Reddy

Helen Reddy

Health & Safety Advisor
Helen joined Gartshore in November 2018 as our Health and Safety Advisor. She has over 5 years’ experience in Health and Safety & internal audit in a wide range of industries. These include construction, manufacturing, healthcare and retail. Helen provides Health and Safety advice to the Senior Leadership Team and drives the Gartshore health and safety strategic plan, most recently successfully achieving OHSAS 18001:2007 for the company. Away from work she enjoys spending time with her family and riding her horse.
Chris Jeavons

Chris Jeavons

Quantity Surveyor
Chris joined Gartshore’s in 2018 and is Senior Estimator with over 30 years’ experience in joinery manufacturing and interior fit out projects. Commercially managing and delivering quality projects for leading global clients in Europe, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. Chris started with a subcontractor and then progressed over the years working for established traditional joinery manufacturers and shopfitting companies in the UK. Technically competent with a value engineering mindset delivering practical solutions to achieve time and budget constraints. Outside of work Chris enjoys spending time with his young family, travelling, listening to music and cycling.
Landon Springall

Landon Springall

Quantity Surveyor
Landon has had 30 years’ experience within the construction and fitout industry, 18 of those years at Gartshore. Upon graduating Landon spent time working as a Professional QS (PQS), then spent some time overseas before moving into the interiors sub-contracting side of the industry back in New Zealand. Apart from his role as a QS Landon also spent considerable time managing Gartshores Auckland branch before relocating back to Tauranga. Away from work Landon enjoys time with his young family, fishing, coaching kids rugby and managing Senior Rugby.
Catherine Reti

Catherine Reti

Quantity Surveyor
Catherine is part of our Quantity Surveying team and currently undertaking her National Diploma in Quantity Surveying. Catherine comes from a military background having served 8yrs in the New Zealand Navy. Since returning to civilian life Catherine has worked in various roles in the construction industry and has a real passion for retail and high spec joinery. In her spare time Catherine enjoys spending time with family and travelling.
Doug Roberts

Doug Roberts

Quantity Surveyor
Doug has worked with Gartshore’s since mid 2015 and has demonstrated a real drive and passion for the joinery and fitout industry, progressing from a Factory Foreman, to Procurement Officer and now part of the QS team. With nearly 15 years in the construction industry and having served his time as a joinery apprentice in the UK Doug brings a wealth of knowledge and initiative to the QS team. Outside of work Doug enjoys spending time with his young family and going for a Sunday ride on his motorbike.
Aaron Moore

Aaron Moore

Project Manager
Aaron has had 30 years’ experience in the construction & fitout industry with 23 of them being at Gartshore’s. Aaron has progressed from the factory floor as an aluminium joiner to Project Manager and has been involved in the shop fitting side for the last 18 years. Aaron takes on some of our more complex projects throughout the Country. Outside of work Aaron enjoys time with his family and grandchildren, motorsport, fishing and is a long standing volunteer Senior Firefighter.
Daniel Gartshore

Daniel Gartshore

Project Manager
Daniel completed his carpentry apprenticeship with Gartshore’s in 2010 and gained his LBP certification that same year. Daniel then spent time overseas working in the construction and fitout industry as a foreman, upon his return Daniel has demonstrated a real drive for project management and problem solving, successfully progressing through to becoming a Project Manager and is currently completing a Diploma in Project Management. Away from work he enjoys spending time with his young family and assisting his wife training thoroughbreds’.
Troy Stirling

Troy Stirling

Project Manager
Troy has nearly 20 years of experience in all aspects of joinery and interior fitout. Starting his career in a joinery apprenticeship, Troy is now one of our Auckland based Project Managers with Gartshore. The majority of Troy’s career has been in the high end fit out of superyachts based in a variety of shipyards all over the world. His extensive experience in both managing and project managing, for a variety of different interior fit-out projects, allows him to efficiently deliver any sized project. Troy is a keen dirt bike rider and can be found out trail riding when he’s not relaxing with his family in sunny Warkworth.
Alan Pringle

Alan Pringle

Project Manager
Alan has been a project manager for over 20 years. He has worked on a wide range of projects in the UK and NZ, including one-off shop fits, corporate roll outs and shopping centre refurbishments. Alan started out as a junior designer in London UK, having graduated with an interior design qualification. Alan moved to Auckland in 2003 and spends much of his spare time with his 3 kids, playing the bagpipes and woodcarving.

Company Director
Bill has forty years’ experience in the industry.

After gaining his formal Quantity Surveying qualifications and a stint managing Quantity Surveying offices overseas, he returned to New Zealand to take up a senior Quantity Surveying roll within the Gartshore Group.

He was offered a Directorship of the company in 1985. Bill manages the financial administration of the companies whilst maintaining an involvement in the estimating and contract negotiations.

Director & General Manager
Rob is the Director and General Manager for Gartshore Group and is based in Tauranga.
Rob has considerable experience within the construction industry.Upon graduating, Rob joined Fletcher Construction for several years, as a Quantity Surveyor/ Project manager. He then left for overseas and was appointed a Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager for some of the world’s most prestigious projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Mark Frame

Mark Frame

Senior Project Manager
Mark has 23 years experience in Construction and Project Management. He is a valued member of Gartshore’s senior management team and has the responsibility of ensuring Gartshore’s good reputation is maintained.

Mark is based in Auckland and is responsible for the growth and management of the Gartshore Group’s Auckland operations.

Jon Westbury LBP

Jon Westbury LBP

Project Manager South Island
Jon is the South Island Project Manager and is based in Christchurch.
He has over 15 years’ experience within the construction industry where he has previously held positions of an LBP, on site competency assessor (Industry Training Organizations & local government) and Project Manager.
Jon will be responsible for project managing both retail and commercial projects throughout the South Island, where his focus will be on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the highest standard and ultimately meeting client expectations.
