Pavilion Bar and Kitchens is Queenstown’s newest culinary destination, envisioned by acclaimed chef Sean Connolly. Collaborating with Cook Brothers and designer Izzard, we crafted two signature kitchens, dining and dessert zones and a striking central bar that celebrates sustainability and craftmanship.

A standout challenge at Ciao Brutto kitchen saw us engineer a steel bulkhead that flawlessly integrated droppers and solid rails into an existing steel frame demanding precision and expertise. The result is bold and bespoke.

We used repurposed aged oak barrels to create a warm, textured façade that honours Queenstown’s winemaking legacy, complemented by glass fibre reinforced concrete panels that mirror the building’s exterior and outdoor dining.

This was more than a build for us, it showcased our finest craftmanship. It is a space that invites guests to be uniquely speechless yet sparks conversation.
