With over ten years in the construction industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a wide range of roles — from quantity surveying and procurement to project management and site supervision. That broad experience has given me a solid understanding of how to deliver successful outcomes, no matter the scale or complexity of the project.

What really drives me is seeing challenging projects come together — guiding a team through the process and knowing we’ve delivered something we can all be proud of. I believe in a hands-on, practical approach and in building strong, honest relationships with the people I work with.

Outside of work, I’m committed to my martial arts training and love mountain biking and spending time outdoors with my family and our dogs. Staying active and balanced is important to me — both in and out of the job.
